Job Responsibility:

Century Tire Distributors is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Call Center/Administrator. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, managing paperwork, and engaging in social media activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering Phone Calls: Professionally and courteously handle incoming customer calls, addressing their inquiries, and providing assistance as needed.

Order Processing: Accurately and efficiently enter customer orders into the system, ensuring order details are correct and complete.

Paperwork: Organize and maintain necessary paperwork, invoices, and documents to ensure efficient record-keeping.

Invoicing: Generate and organize invoices, keeping them readily accessible for reference and billing purposes.

Social Media Marketing: Create and schedule advertising posts on the company's social media accounts to promote products and engage with customers.

Customer Engagement: Respond to messages and inquiries on social media platforms, fostering positive customer relationships and addressing their concerns.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as needed, such as filing, data entry, and general office tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in both speaking and writing in English.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and social media platforms.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized with good time management skills.
  • Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of phone calls and inquiries.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week. The schedule will be determined based on business needs and may include weekends or evenings.
