- Remettre des reçus et d'autres documents
- Obtenir et examiner toutes les informations pertinentes pour évaluer la rétroaction, les demandes et les plaintes des clients dans le cadre de la fourniture d'informations et de services utiles
- Exécuter des tâches générales de bureau
- Recevoir les plaintes et en tenir un registre
- Recevoir des paiements
- Expliquer les procédures, les risques et les bienfaits aux clients
- Fournir des renseignements et répondre aux questions des clients
- Obtenir et traiter les informations nécessaires pour servir la clientèle
- Répondre aux situations difficiles que vivent des clients
