Caregiver Needed For Person With Disability

We are looking for a reliable, caring, and patient female caregiver to provide support for a disabled male client. 📍 Location: North Edmonton 🕐 Hours: Evenings and weekends only ⏰ Schedule: A few hours per day, flexible based on availability 💰 Pay: Great pay Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and supervision
• Taking him for walks and getting him out of the house
• Assisting with daily activities as needed
• Helping create a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment
• Supporting recreational and community activities
• Being attentive to his individual needs and preferences
• Helping with housekeeping

Ideal candidate:

• Female
• Caring, patient, dependable, and compassionate
• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
• Caregiving, support-work, healthcare, or related experience is an asset
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle preferred, as transportation may be needed for walks and community outings
• Able to commit to evening and weekend shifts
• Comfortable working independently
• References required
• First Aid/CPR certification is an asset
• Vulnerable Sector Check may be required
• Must have Valid work permit
