Nanny Wanted - Searching For A Full Time Nanny/House Manger For Dual Physician Family With A 4 And 2 Year Old. Own Vehicle Needed!

We are looking for a full-time nanny/house manager for our family although we are willing to consider mornings only. We are both physicians with very irregular schedules and long hours. We have an 4 year old boy that attends a school 8:30-3:30 and a 2 year old girl that will be going to school in Nov 2026 when she turns 3 . We are looking for a long term nanny to grow with us. We are engaged parents with demanding careers and we have seen the children grow to love their previous nanny and are looking for someone that will be in their life for an extended period of time . We are looking for someone who can:

• Run errands/Grocery shopping
• Prepare meals / feed children
• Transport children (need own vehicle) to school and activities (Kidstrong, Swimming, Pre-K) etc. we will provide car seats and reimbursement for fuel
• Bath and dress children
• Play and interact with children
• Minimize screen time for children and encourage responsibility that his age appropriate ( example pick up toys when done playing)
• Keep children safe and monitored at all times*
• Light housework (cleaning, laundry etc)
• Cooking

This is a full-time position. Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm (however we would consider mornings only), however morning, nights and weekends might be required at times based on need / extenuating circumstances. These will be discussed in advance. We live in Crestwood and expectations is that you can comfortability drive to drop off / pickup our 4 year old for school while looking after the 2 year old. “Non-available” time periods can be worked around to an extent and are acceptable within reason. We are looking for somebody with:

• Nanny Experience ( those with experience working with multiple children and in professional families within a formal nanny role are particularly encouraged to apply)
• Experience with toddlers/preschools
• (French is a bonus!!)
• Own Vehicle with Driver’s License and clean driving record - you will be provided with paid secure underground heated parking
• Criminal Record Check w/ Vulnerable Sector Check
• Child CPR (or willing to obtain upon employment)
• Non-Smoker
• References from previous nanny positions will be contacted and we ask to provide a minimum of two

We have to very active kids and the expectation is that you engage in activities with them to foster development . Examples could be arts and crafts at home, trip to the library, pool, park.
