Customer Service Advocate

Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation
As a Customer Service Advocate at SCIC, you will be part of the Head Office Insurance team and responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Saskatchewan farmers and ranchers. Key responsibilities include providing verbal and written responses to customer inquiries, ministerial referrals, the Ombudsman, or legal counsel. In addition, this position will research and prepare reports for management, draft provincial appeal packages and present the corporations position to the Provincial Appeal Panel.
What you'll need:To be successful in this position you will need a diploma in Agriculture or Business supplemented by a minimum of two years relevant working experience in the agricultural industry OR a certificate in Agriculture or Business, supplemented by a minimum of three years relevant working experience in the agricultural industry.
