Job Description

Reporting to the Store Manager , the Warranty Clerk is responsible for processing returns, warranties, and transfers in a timely and accurate manner. This role plays a key part in improving processing efficiency, accuracy, and completion rates to help eliminate non-moving inventory and ensure stores receive upgraded, in-demand products quickly.

This position pays between $19.20 and $21.60 per hour (depending on your

qualifications

• Process and verify returns, warranties, and transfers in accordance with company guidelines and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records for shipments, inventory movements, and stock transfers.
• Collaborate with the Distribution Centre, vendors, Finance/Accounting, Sales, and branch teams to ensure accurate processing and credit reconciliation.
• Communicate with customers, branches, and vendors regarding returns and warranty matters.
• Support regional inventory initiatives and drive continuous improvement in processing accuracy and turnaround times

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

• Experience in inventory control, returns, warranties, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP or inventory system experience is an asset.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively.
