Tax Lawyer

Key Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate tax planning, reorganizations, and transactions.
- Support domestic and cross-border financings, acquisitions, and business exits.
- Advise on employee incentive plans and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals.
- Collaborate with corporate lawyers to deliver practical, client-focused solutions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of tax law experience; candidates with more experience are also welcome.
- Experience in corporate reorganizations, transactional tax, or high-net-worth planning.
- Strong technical, analytical, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
