Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and service level improvements.Develop and implement strategies for supply chain optimization, network design, and inventory control.Utilize data analytics and modeling tools to forecast demand, manage inventory, and optimize transportation routes.Collaborate with internal departments (e.G., operations, procurement, sales) and external partners to align supply chain strategies.Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance.Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress to senior management.Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting supply chains.Manage and execute supply chain improvement projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain function.Requirements
Master's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations analysis, with a focus on optimization.Proven expertise in supply chain modeling, simulation, and optimization software (e.G., SAP APO, Oracle SCM, specialized optimization tools).Advanced analytical skills, including statistical analysis, forecasting, and data modeling.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and BI platforms (e.G., Tableau, Power BI).Excellent understanding of lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams virtually.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively independently.Demonstrated ability to drive significant operational improvements.Benefits
