TMI Group Accounting Controller

Lead the financial operations of TMI Group as a Controller in a diverse, multi-currency environment. Drive accurate reporting, oversee audits, and ensure compliance while mentoring your team. As the Controller at TMI Group, you will manage day-to-day accounting activities, focusing on cost accounting and financial reporting. Your responsibilities will encompass leading a team of accountants while ensuring integrity and accuracy in financial information across all TMI entities. Your financial judgment will directly enhance managerial decision-making and strengthen overall business performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations including cost analysis and reporting
- Lead and mentor accounting team for optimal results
- Manage month-end financial close and consolidation
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Supervise audits for all TMI Group companies
- CPA designation with a degree in Finance or Accounting
- 10+ years in senior finance roles with people leadership
- Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and ERP software
