Senior Digital Transformation Business Analyst

Lead digital transformation analysis for Halton Region in Oakville, using requirements management and process optimization within a hybrid work arrangement.This Senior Business Analyst supports complex enterprise technology initiatives across SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and other applications. You will lead discovery, requirements elicitation, solution design, procurement, testing, and change management activities. The role supports Halton Region’s Digital First strategy through collaboration with stakeholders, project managers, technology partners, and vendors.Key Responsibilities:
Collect and document functional and non-functional requirementsLead discovery, journey mapping, and design workshopsDevelop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and traceability matricesCreate process diagrams, data flows, and conceptual modelsCoordinate testing and validate configured systemsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, statistics, or related fieldsAt least five years of work-related experienceStrong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skillsKnowledge of waterfall and agile project management lifecyclesExperience supporting quality assurance and organizational change managementApply senior business analysis expertise across requirements, enterprise applications, testing, and digital transformation initiatives at Halton Region.
