Senior Digital Marketing Officer

Drive digital marketing and social media for YWCA Toronto in a full-time, permanent role based at 87 Elm Street, Toronto.

As Senior Digital Marketing and Social Media Officer, you will strengthen marketing, brand, and advocacy strategies. Apply digital communications principles, social media campaigns, market research, and analytics. Your work supports clear messaging about YWCA Toronto’s programs and social justice efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop digital, video, and print collateral materials
Strengthen brand storytelling through real-life program examples
Write advertising, reports, program materials, and media content
Create and manage digital and social media strategies
Coordinate email campaigns, e-blasts, and social media

Requirements:

Graduate degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Five-to-seven years applying digital marketing principles and practices
Strong social media communication and campaign execution skills
Superior writing skills for diverse audiences
Knowledge of website analytics, metrics, and trends

Bring digital marketing, storytelling, campaign, and analytics expertise to advance YWCA Toronto’s brand and advocacy communications.
