Hospital Capital Equipment Sales Representative

Hospital capital equipment sales in Montreal requires French-English fluency, territory management, and consultative selling across Quebec and Atlantic Canada. Travel represents 40% of this position.

This experienced Hospital Territory Manager develops hospital accounts and meets territory sales goals. The work combines prospecting, product demonstrations, RFP coordination, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Success requires understanding hospital needs, equipment functionality, competitors, and business applications. The position also includes CRM documentation, forecasting, and trade-event networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through hospital prospecting and opportunity qualification
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual product demonstrations
• Coordinate RFPs and submit sales proposals with support teams
• Negotiate and close capital equipment sales
• Forecast activity and record customer contacts in CRM

Requirements:

• Fluent French and English communication skills
• Three to five years of hospital-based sales experience
• Capital equipment sales experience preferred
• Record of meeting and exceeding quota
• Experience managing a large geographic territory preferred
