Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Guard in Barrie
We are seeking a professional, alert, and tactically aware
Security Guard to support safety and order at a high-traffic site in Barrie . This role requires strong situational awareness, calm decision-making, and the ability to manage challenging interactions with the public while maintaining a welcoming environment for patrons and staff.
The ideal candidate is confident, disciplined, and experienced in de-escalation, access control, and removal of unauthorized or disruptive individuals in accordance with local laws.
Starting Pay Rate: $20.00/Hour
Schedule: PART-TIME
Mondays to Thursdays: 16:30 - 21:15

Responsibilities For Tactical Security Guard In Barrie
- Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
- Verify identities and control access to secure areas
- React quickly to threats or incidents
- Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Document incidents and actions taken
- Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
Qualifications For Tactical Security Guard In Barrie
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid security license
- First aid certification required
- Ability to stand and walk entire shift
