About the Role

National Wireless is looking for an enthusiastic, bilingual Inside Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our Corporate Account Support Team in East Oakville. In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for medium and enterprise business clients across Canada — helping them find the right Telecom and Technology Solutions for their needs.

What You'll Do

Build strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services
Implement and support sales campaigns through outbound customer calling
Cross-sell and upsell existing customers to solve current challenges and improve their business operations
Process orders and maintain our online ordering platform
Support customers with online ordering and website inquiries
Respond promptly to account and billing inquiries
Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to meet targets and support campaigns
Maintain accurate inventory records based on customer orders and requests
Keep customer databases current and accurate
Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the office

Who You Are

Fully fluent in both English and French (written and verbal) — this is a firm requirement
Experience in customer support or sales
A natural problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions that make a real difference for clients
Passionate about technology and able to explain it clearly — whether speaking with a novice or an expert
Up to date on telecom and technology industry trends and new product developments
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adaptable to change
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
An excellent communicator and listener with strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office with above-average keyboarding skills

Qualifications

Post-secondary diploma or equivalent work experience required
Experience in customer service or sales
Proficiency with computer systems, software, and web-based platforms
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, ZoHo or similar) and/or service desk platforms is an asset
Familiarity with Android and iOS devices
Basic IT or networking knowledge is an asset
Inventory management experience (purchasing, receiving, shipping) is an asset
