We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Commissioned Salesperson to join our family-owned business. You’ll be part of a fun, supportive environment where creativity, teamwork, and great service come first.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers with genuine warmth and enthusiasm — you’re the first impression of Gabriele’s!
- Listen, learn, and guide customers to purchase their perfect floor, furniture, appliance, or décor that fits their vision and lifestyle.
- Share your product knowledge with confidence (don’t worry, we’ll train you on everything you need to know).
- Create room layouts, design ideas, and style inspiration that help customers see their dream home come to life.
- Build long-term relationships — because at Gabriele’s, every happy customer becomes a friend.
- Generate leads, follow up on opportunities, and grow your own book of loyal clients.
What We’re Looking For
- A people person who thrives on conversation, problem-solving, and making others happy.
- Strong communication and basic math skills — confidence and detail-oriented.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced (and fun!) environment.
- An interest or passion for furniture, flooring, home design, or HGTV is a huge plus!
- Computer skills and a willingness to learn — we’ll teach you the rest!

- Unlimited earning potential – average $55,000–$109,000+ annually (with no cap!)
- Training pay: $18.54/hour + commission incentives for your first 6 months
- Day shifts only — Saturdays required, but we’re always closed Sundays
