What will you do?

• Assist in the planning, purchasing, scheduling, and monitoring of the movement of
• materials through the Supply Chain
• Assist in addressing inquires and issues related to material requirements, shipments and
• customer order fulfillment.
• Assist in working with vendors to secure materials to support the production
• schedule/requirements.
• Assist in managing projects with respect to key initiatives both within the department and
• cross-functionally throughout the organization
• Provide routine support to Supply Chain team with regards to data entry, coordination of
• information flow and project coordination

What will you need to succeed?

• Have graduated from College/University focusing on Supply Chain
• Graduated from post-secondary within the last 12 months.
• Above average study performance (Accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)). Transcripts to be provided upon request.
• Supply Chain Theorical Knowledge (understanding of forecasting, logistics, MRP (Material requirement planning) BOM (bill of material structures) desired.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word)
• SAP is a strong asset
• Communicates clearly and concisely, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
• Excellent organization skills with a strong ability to prioritize job tasks
• Works well in a team environment
