Your focus spans Engineering, Product, Design, and Data leadership. You will advise hiring managers, engage senior candidates, and build relationships before roles open. Mercury builds banking and financial software for startups and growing businesses.Key Responsibilities:
Run full-cycle Director and VP leadership searchesBuild market maps and targeted candidate listsAdvise hiring managers using market dataRepresent Mercury with senior candidatesBuild executive talent networks and host eventsRequirements:
Five or more years of in-house full-cycle recruitingExperience running Director-plus searchesTrusted advisor experience with senior hiring managersClear, precise writing and communication skillsExperience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn RecruiterBring executive recruiting, market intelligence, and senior candidate relationships to Mercury’s Director and VP hiring work.
