Senior Hr Workday Technology Analyst

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in
Toronto, Canada.
The is a hybrid role that requires at least three days a week in the office.We are seeking a highly motivated Technology Analyst to support our Workday HR application team. This role will focus on application configuration, security, organizational structures, data governance, and data validation within Workday. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver and communicator who can work independently on assigned tasks and projects while also collaborating effectively with a small, high-performing team.We will count on you to:
Support the ongoing configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Workday HR applicationAnalyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configuration changesAssist with Workday security administration, including role-based access, access reviews, and audit/compliance supportMaintain organizational structures within Workday to ensure alignment with business and HR operating modelsPerform data governance and validation activities to help ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across the applicationInvestigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend practical solutions to business and system problemsPartner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, test changes, and support production releasesCreate and maintain documentation, support day-to-day operations, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts including process streamlining and user experience enhancementsWhat you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experienceExperience as a Technology Analyst supporting Workday, with familiarity in Workday HCM configuration, business processes, security, and data structuresHands-on experience with Workday configuration and support, including data validation, reporting, audit support, application security, organizational hierarchy management, and data quality/governance processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues and recommend effective solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a small teamWhat makes you stand out:

Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $86,500 to $136,500.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
