- Develop presentation materials for client decision-making
- Assist in executing M&A transactions and issuances
- Build and analyze complex financial models
- Manage and coach a team of analysts
- Conduct in-depth industry research and analysis
- Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 2–3 years of investment banking or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience in deal execution and project management
- Knowledge of capital markets and investment banking applications
