Restaurant Customer Service

Job Responsibility:

Atlas Pizza is a beloved local pizzeria known for our delicious, high-quality pizzas and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative at Atlas Pizza, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders over the phone and assisting with simple kitchen duties.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.Take accurate food orders and answer customer inquiries.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests.Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed.Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and correctly.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling customer interactions.Working knowledge of NE Calgary to assist with delivery orders and customer queries.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is a plus.Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
