About the Opportunity Reviews, processes and administers development-related financial instruments such as letters of credit, cash securities, performance bonds, fees and insurance policies. Ensures accuracy and consistency with Corporate Standards and legal agreements; creates written requests where amendments are required Provides support on analysis and reconciliation of daily deposits Acts as primary liaison for chartered banks on security and development related matters and insurance companies on development insurance certificate related matters` Reviews and monitors payments, securities and insurance for Single Source, Spine Servicing, Block Plan and Special Agreements. Receive incoming mail and distribute appropriately Supports information systems upgrades through provision of business needs and testing Undertakes a variety of duties related to record retention Responds to customer inquiries on all development finance matters About You 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, with a strong administrative background Excellent communication skills, experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders in a high interaction role Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PeopleSoft ERP is an asset not required Pay Range $20 - $22/hour How to Apply Click the “Apply Now” button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
