CLERICAL SUPPORT FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY TEAM
$21.5 per hourRegis and Smith
We are looking for someone with experience in clerical support, specific to our Health and Safety group.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update many procedures
- Will require some time spent on the production line to observe and communicate with employees/supervisors
- Take photos within the plant
- Work independently and engage with Supervisors to get the required information
- Follow safety guidelines, including no jewelry, bump cap, safety boots, hearing protection, and hair/beard net if applicable
Requirements:
- Able to use Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
- Detailed-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with repetitive assignments
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Ability to enter the plant to take photos,
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
Pay: $21.50/hr
