Receptionist

The Humberview Group is looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to add to one of our teams in Mississauga.  

As the Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and play an important role in creating a welcoming dealership experience. You’ll support a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, answer and direct incoming calls, greet customers, and work closely with teams across the dealership to ensure everyone gets to the right person or department.

This role is for you if you’re a people person, thrive in a fast-paced social environment, and have the communication and problem-solving skills to make every customer interaction a positive one!

Compensation: $40,000 to $45,000 a year.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls, direct customers to the appropriate department or team member, and take accurate messages.
• Respond to customer inquiries and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties to support the dealership team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with general customer service needs and help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous customer service experience.

• Pleasant and engaging phone manner.

• Excellent customer service skills. 
• Dealership experience preferred but not required.
