Sales Support Representative in Printing

Enhance customer experiences at our offset printing company as a Sales Support Representative. Provide essential customer service and administrative support to Sales Representatives every day. We are seeking a motivated Sales Support Representative to assist in maintaining strong customer relationships. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and ensure accurate order management, collaborating closely with Sales Representatives. This role is critical for promoting customer satisfaction and supporting business development efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Prepare and follow up on quotations with sales teams
• Manage and enter customer orders in the internal system
• Verify job specifications with customers and sales reps
• Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; college diploma preferred
• 2 to 5 years in customer service or sales support
• Experience in the printing industry is a plus
• Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, HubSpot experience is an asset
