The Manager of Home Health Care is responsible for the overall operation tof the Home Health Care department including sales/profitability and supervision of HHC Consultants. flexibility in response to situations outside the normPartner with other departments in overall store strategic direction and team spiritCreate a culture of selling, coaching and development of all employees which embraces a passion for health and wellnessCreate a coaching and development culture for all employeesManage direct reports including: selection, orientation, training and development, performance management, succession planning and compensationResponsible for ensuring the communication of operational requirements/changes to the Home Health Care department employeesShows initiative and progressive attitude to the stores initiatives.Delegates appropriately to achieve home health care department objectivesCustomer OfferingDemonstrate warmth, empathy, and compassion towards the customer and the privacy of service offeredCreate a shopping experience that engages customer in a way that enhances loyalty, sales and profitAbility to identify sensitive customer needs and use discretion when providing servicePatient counseling/demonstration of home health care product (i.e. blood glucose meter;
