Dealer Design Representative

Opportunity:
Superior Cabinets is looking for a Dealer Design Representative to play a key role in our Dealer Sales team. This is an in-person position within our Saskatoon Corporate office. You will bring design experience, customer service, and sales experience to help dealer partners grow their business.

Main Responsibilities:
Design and Order Management
Review designs and orders for accuracy, specifications, and improvement considerations.
Assist dealers with quotes, proposals, and order processing.
Provide support with software and processes.
Dealer Customer Support
Build relationships and maintain regular contact with dealer accounts.
Provide product training, service, and ongoing support.
Remain knowledgeable on company products and market trends.
Business Development and Sales
Participate in networking, training, and industry events.
Collaborate with leadership to report on sales, targets, and growth initiatives.
Utilize continuous improvement tools to identify process improvements.
You have:
3+ Years of proven experience in kitchen design.
Detailed knowledge of the cabinet industry.
Experience with 2020, ProKitchens or similar software.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Class 5 driver’s license with clean record.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
Proficient in Windows OS knowledge and use an asset.
