Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency running websites, SEO and paid media for multi-location HVAC and home service groups. As Director of Sales for HVAC, you own our largest multi-location HVAC deals, from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract. One win covers many locations, so each deal is large, multi-stakeholder and worth the work. Our sales development team and inbound put qualified meetings with these groups on your calendar, so your time goes to closing.The seat
$2M annual quota, carried on a small number of large accounts.Leads fed to you: meetings with multi-location HVAC and home service groups, booked by our sales development team or inbound.No management. No team to build, hire or run.Strategic accounts: HVAC groups with many locations, where one signed deal covers the whole group and opens the next.What You Will Own
The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.What You Bring
A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.Selling into HVAC groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers. If your background is high-volume, single-location or one-call transactional sales, this is a different job.You would rather close business than manage people.
