Intégrez Cencora comme Représentant du Service à la Clientèle, où vous utiliserez vos compétences en communication en français et anglais pour offrir un service exceptionnel. Ce poste à temps plein exige une attention particulière et un souci du détail pour gérer les commandes et les demandes des clients. En tant que membre de l'équipe de Cencora, vous serez à l'avant-garde du support aux patients et aux fournisseurs dans le secteur pharmaceutique via Innomar Strategies. Notre entreprise valorise vos compétences en traitement des commandes, accès à l'information, et communication courtoise. Vous serez en contact avec divers clients internes et externes pour assurer une expérience de service client inégalée. Key Responsibilities:

Prendre des appels entrants et traiter les commandes efficacement
Gérer les demandes par fax, email et téléphone
Communiquer avec les clients pour résoudre les problèmes
Tenir à jour les fichiers clients et gérer les retours
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec d'autres départements

Requirements:

Bilingue en anglais et français
Diplôme postsecondaire ou équivalent requis
0-2 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle
Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes
Maîtrise des applications Microsoft ; expérience des systèmes de commande
