Business Development Manager at Manulife

Become a key player in shaping financial solutions with Manulife as a Business Development Manager. Strengthen client relationships and promote innovative financial products across your territory. In this remote role, you will engage with Advisors, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that simplify money management for Canadians. Your consultative approach will drive sales and enhance client satisfaction. Develop strategic relationships while collaborating with other business development managers to share insights and best practices, all while working from home within your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand advisor relationships in your territory
- Optimize delivery of financial products and services
- Prepare and deliver proposals and business cases
- Collaborate with peers to improve existing offerings
- Partner with wealth and insurance teams for client interests
- University degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years in banking or credit roles
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to innovate sales strategies
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
