We’re looking for a Full-Time Sales Manager to lead an engaged, high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving strong business results.

- Annual Earnings: Typically ranging from $55,000 to $80,000+, including hourly rate plus uncapped commissions (The lower end reflects new team members during their learning period, while top managers consistently exceed this range based on performance).

Who You Are
- Experienced Leader: 3+ years of wireless or retail management experience preferred with a track record of achieving results.
- People-First Coach: You motivate, develop, and empower your team and love celebrating wins together.
- Business Driver: You’re goal-oriented and data-aware, able to adapt quickly, solve problems confidently, and turn challenges into opportunities.

- Operational Excellence: Maintain store standards, ensure compliance, protect company assets, support scheduling, training, inventory management, and overall daily operations.
