We’re looking for a Full-Time Sales Manager to lead an engaged, high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving strong business results.

• Annual Earnings: Typically ranging from $55,000 to $80,000+, including hourly rate plus uncapped commissions (The lower end reflects new team members during their learning period, while top managers consistently exceed this range based on performance).

Who You Are

• Experienced Leader: 3+ years of wireless or retail management experience preferred with a track record of achieving results.
• People-First Coach: You motivate, develop, and empower your team and love celebrating wins together.
• Business Driver: You’re goal-oriented and data-aware, able to adapt quickly, solve problems confidently, and turn challenges into opportunities.
• Connector & Communicator: You build strong customer relationships and lead by example in delivering exceptional experiences.
• Role Model: You lead with trust, respect, ownership, passion, humility, and integrity, and you’re dependable, flexible, and available for full-time work, including evenings and weekends.

• Drive Store Performance: Achieve and exceed sales, performance, and operational targets by using reports, insights, and KPIs to make informed decisions that drive business growth.
• Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Ensure every customer receives personalized service and solutions while building loyalty, repeat business, and strong community relationships.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain store standards, ensure compliance, protect company assets, support scheduling, training, inventory management, and overall daily operations.
