Strategic Labour & Employee Relations Manager

TVO

TVO Media Education Group is seeking a Labour and Employee Relations Manager to provide practical, solutions-focused labour relations support in a highly unionized environment at our Toronto office. You will advise leaders on interpretation of collective agreements, grievances, investigations, performance management and conflict resolution.

You will partner with union representatives and other stakeholders to resolve issues, conduct investigations, and support settlements while staying compliant
