Raymond James Compliance Risk Manager Role

Elevate compliance standards in Canada as the Manager of Information Compliance Risk Management with Raymond James. This full-time position is essential for navigating regulatory landscapes. As the Manager of ICRM, you will report directly to the VP, Compliance Governance and play a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulations pertaining to privacy, IT, and record-keeping. You will manage responses to corporate changes and lead complex projects. Additionally, you will mentor and support your team while engaging with stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Define compliance program requirements and alignment
- Oversee risk assessments and remediation activities
- Manage ICRM representation in audits and projects
- Partner with business areas to assess compliance impact
- Lead and mentor a team of compliance professionals
- At least 5 years in a regulated financial services setting
- Knowledge of Canadian regulatory frameworks
- Proven leadership in compliance or project management
- Advanced analytical and decision-making skills
- Mastery of Microsoft Office applications
