Job Responsibility:
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and Sales associate / skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and demonstration of kitchen cabinets, countertop, and other cabinetry products related, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. This role requires a blend of technical skills, sales acumen, and customer service expertise to effectively engage with clients.
T he candidate will have to:
- Assist customers with the purchase of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops and other cabinet related products
- Assemble cabinets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain storage section
- Doing maintenance on cabinets in the showroom, adjustments and repairs
- Must be able to use POS system to manage inventory and process sales
- Assist sales team in marketing strategy, events, promotion
- Perform assembly and installations of cabinetry products in showrooms and at customer locations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and company protocols.
- Deliver and pick-up orders at customers or suppliers location
Requirements
- Proven experience in installation or technical roles preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling or negotiating product features.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is beneficial.
- Basic math proficiency for accurate measurements and calculations required during installations.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A vehicle and a valid drivers license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 - 35 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
