Kilrich Building Centres is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Consultant (Sales Associate) to support our sales operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients in-store and over the phone.
- Process transactions, manage special orders, and handle returns in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain merchandising displays, ensuring products are attractively presented and properly labeled.
- Stay knowledgeable about all company products, product promotions, and product pricing.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through customer interactions.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of [industry-specific, e.g., construction materials] is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a bonus.

Compensation is dependent on experience.
