Commercial Service Unit Manager

Lead multiple Commercial Insurance service teams at Navacord as a Unit Manager. Drive performance, develop talent, and ensure exceptional service delivery while fostering a collaborative culture. As the Unit Manager for Commercial Service, you will provide leadership and operational oversight to your service teams. You will ensure high service standards and drive accountability in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop high-performing commercial service teams
- Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative culture
- Conduct regular performance meetings with team members
- Monitor metrics, revenue, and team productivity
- Identify talent development and training opportunities
- Strong background in Commercial Insurance
- Leadership experience in large organizations
- Alberta Level II General Insurance License
- Proficiency in EPIC, Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
