Veterinary Paid Media Manager

Own veterinary paid media strategy remotely for Blacksmith Agency, managing Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads accounts. Make budget calls and guide client conversations.
As a PPC Manager, Veterinary, you will lead paid media for veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices. This full-time marketing role covers targeting, bidding, creative testing, conversion tracking, attribution, and account growth. You will serve as the strategic voice for assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid media across four advertising platforms
- Allocate budgets, adjust bids, and refine targeting
- Test creative and discontinue underperforming campaigns
- Maintain GA4, tag manager, and platform pixel tracking
- Build roadmaps and explain performance narratives to clients
Requirements:
- Three or more years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
- Campaign building, management, and optimization experience
- Demonstrated movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live calls with United States clients
