Senior Advanced Analytics Analyst at Fidelity Canada

Fidelity Canada

Join Fidelity Canada as a Senior Analyst in Advanced Analytics, working on a hybrid schedule while based at our Toronto office. Focus on statistical modeling techniques to deliver insights and support business objectives. This role is a contract until February 2027, where you will design and implement analytical solutions to guide decision-making across business units. Collaborate with teams, leveraging tools like Python and Tableau, to present complex data visually and effectively communicate trends and insights. Key Responsibilities:

Work with stakeholders to address analytic business challenges
Utilize statistical methods for market campaign analysis
Team up with tech departments to launch analytical models
Develop engaging visual narratives of data insights
Coach team members on analytics best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
3-5 years experience in analytical roles
Proficiency in SQL and analytical software
Strong analytical skills with real-time data exposé
Familiarity with financial services and market analysis is beneficial
