Key Responsibilities:

Lead a diverse team in custody operations and client services
Address complex operational issues and client escalations
Ensure effective execution of custody activities
Oversee accuracy and integrity in billing processes
Monitor operational performance and service metrics

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or similar
10+ years in custody or related financial services
Demonstrated leadership in operational roles
Strong understanding of custody and securities operations
Experience in process improvement and transformation
