# Co-Pack PlannerApply: Toronto, Canada: Full time: Posted Today: JR103938Reporting to the Co-Pack Planning Manager, the Co-Pack Planner will be responsible for the planning and execution of all co-pack SKUs within Lindt Canada's portfolio. This role develops supply and production plans that align with customer demand while optimizing inventory levels, material availability, manufacturing capacity, and service performance.The Co-Pack Planner leverages SAP IBP for long-term supply planning and SAP PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) to create and manage detailed production schedules across Lindt Canada's third-party manufacturing network. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain co-pack supply plans in SAP IBP based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory targets.* Create and optimize detailed production schedules in SAP PPDS to maximize capacity utilization and customer service levels.* Convert supply plans into production orders and release them to co-pack partners based on inventory requirements and material availability.* Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to address changing demand, material shortages, and capacity constraints.* Partner closely with Demand Planning, Sales Strategy, Customer Service, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to align supply plans with customer requirements and service objectives.* Lead weekly co-pack planning meetings to review production schedules, establish priorities, resolve constraints, and mitigate supply risks.* Analyze and communicate insights related to inventory, capacity utilization, production performance, shortages, and excess stock.* Support new product launches, product transitions, and promotional initiatives through collaboration with Packaging Development, Master Data, and cross-functional teams.* Maintain accurate planning parameters and master data within SAP S/4HANA and related planning systems.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes, scheduling efficiency, and system effectiveness.* Own co-pack planning KPIs and lead corrective actions to improve service levels, inventory health, schedule adherence, and capacity utilization.* Serve as the primary backup for the Material Planner as required. **Requirements:** * Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.* 2-5 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, scheduling, or a manufacturing environment.* Experience developing production schedules, managing capacity constraints, and balancing inventory targets using SAP PPDS or comparable ERP planning and scheduling systems.* Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP preferred.* Advanced Excel skills.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.* Results-oriented with a focus on customer service, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment. **Rewards Package** The standard hiring range for this role is $67,000-$84,000K CAD per annum with a 10% performance-based bonus. The final agreement upon salary may vary based on market location and factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
