Learning Strategy Leader at EY-Parthenon

Elevate EY-Parthenon's learning initiatives as a Learning Leader in Toronto. You will focus on strategic learning and capability development to enhance employee performance and growth. In this role at EY-Parthenon Canada, you will shape and execute the learning strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and workforce needs. Collaborate with global teams to oversee various learning initiatives, including onboarding and technical development. Your impact will be significant as you partner with stakeholders to advance learning and talent capabilities across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the learning strategy and roadmap for EY-P Canada
Serve as advisor to senior leaders on capability needs
Oversee learning across technical, onboarding, and leadership
Drive AI integration into learning experiences
Manage program budgets and governance compliance

Requirements:

8+ years in learning or capability development
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Bachelor's or advanced degree in related fields
