- Manage daily service deliverables for financial instrument data
- Conduct quality checks per governance frameworks
- Address client inquiries and service requests promptly
- Ensure compliance with operational risk frameworks
- Collaborate on process improvement and documentation
- 5-7 years of experience with data vendor feeds
- Strong knowledge of complex financial instruments
- Bachelor's degree in finance or engineering
- 4-5 years in managing master and reference data
- Experience with service request systems
