Outbound Call Specialist - Desjardins
Agent Team MemberLocation: Oakville, ONType: Full Time, Permanent.
We seek an energetic, dedicated professional to join our winning team as an outbound call specialist. The role involves hands‑on customer engagement, developing leads, and providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Complete various projects in conjunction with Agency relationship manager.
- Call warm leads to determine next steps for quoting.
Qualifications
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written, verbal, and listening.
- Proactive problem‑solving, dedication to customer service, and ability to multi‑task.
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
- Property & Casualty license (preferred/must be able to obtain).
