Tandem Trans Solutions is currently hiring experienced and reliable Forklift Operators to join our growing warehouse team in Vaughan, Ontario . Job Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Valid Forklift License
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse forklift experience
• Experience operating different types of forklifts, including Counterbalance, Reach, Order Picker, Walkie, Dockstocker, or other warehouse equipment
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment
• Ability to lift materials and work in a physically demanding warehouse setting when required

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack products
• Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory-related tasks
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse efficiently
• Conduct daily equipment inspections before operating forklifts
• Follow all workplace health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage
