- Create and update website pages (community pages, floorplans, galleries, model homes) with responsive, brand-consistent design.
- Design high-quality visuals: hero banners, photo galleries, virtual tours, floorplan visuals, icons, and marketing assets.
- Work with marketing and sales to convert floorplans, specs, and community info into clear, persuasive web content and calls-to-action.
- Optimize UX/UI for home search, community comparison, lead capture forms, and contact/appointment flows.
- Maintain and improve site performance, accessibility (WCAG basics), SEO basics (metadata, image alt text, structured data for listings).
- Implement and test responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile; ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Manage CMS updates (WordPress, HubSpot, or builder-specific CMS), templates, and component libraries.
- Collaborate with developments to implement designs, track tickets, and QA release builds.
- A/B test landing pages and design variations to improve conversion rates; report on performance.
- Prepare design assets for email campaigns, paid ads, and social media as needed.
- Maintain a branded asset library (fonts, color palettes, approved imagery, model home photos).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web or UI design
- Portfolio demonstrating responsive website design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and collaboration with development teams
- Strong understanding of UX principles and conversion optimization
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
