Junior Quality Engineer at Method
Method Integration
Transform software testing as a Junior Quality Engineer with Method in Toronto, focusing on automation, AI integration, and collaborative engineering practices. Help eliminate manual testing and drive quality through innovative solutions. At Method, you will actively partner across engineering to redefine test automation processes. As a Junior Quality Engineer, your role will involve leveraging AI coding agents to create comprehensive test plans and enhancing CI/CD pipelines. You will also manage code reviews, run Playwright test suites, and conduct targeted manual testing to tackle complex scenarios beyond automation capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on automation design and maintenance strategies
- Utilize AI to develop and implement test plans
- Prepare code changes and validate integration into the codebase
- Run and enhance Playwright test automation suites
- Perform targeted manual testing for edge cases
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science or equivalent
- 1+ years developing Integration Testing with Python
- Proficient in JavaScript/Typescript and SQL Server
- Experience with Git source control
- Self-motivated and able to multitask effectively
