Experienced Internet Sales Manager

Job Responsibility:

• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet;

• Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner;

• Other duties as assigned;

• Ensure Customers are transitioned effectively from phone and internet contact to their in-store experience.

• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources;

• Utilize sales tracking system daily;

• Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity;

• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately;

• Present initial financing options based on customer needs;

• Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management;

• Handle all incoming internet email leads;

• Develop and maintain the new hire and interview processes for all BDC reps/appointment coordinators;

• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show;

• Manage business development representatives for lead generation process
