Design Internship Spring / Summer 2026

You are a Design Intern.   

Location: Toronto - Hybrid. 

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic  Design Intern  to support our design and marketing team. This role is ideal for a final-year student or recent graduate who’s eager to gain hands-on experience working on real projects across digital and brand design. 

You’ll contribute to visual concepts, design assets, and creative campaigns while learning how design supports storytelling, marketing, and brand strategy. 

What We’re Looking For  

• Final-year student or recent graduate in  Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field  

• Basic to intermediate skills in design tools such as: 

• Adobe Photoshop 

• Adobe Illustrator 

• Adobe InDesign 

• (Bonus: Figma, Canva, After Effects) 

• Strong eye for layout, typography, and colour 

• Creative mindset with attention to detail 

• Willingness to learn and take constructive feedback 

• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines 

Bonus Points If You:  

• Have a  portfolio or Behance/Dribbble profile  

• Have experience designing for social media or digital platforms 


• Understand basic brand guidelines and visual systems

Other info: 

Computer workstation:  PC laptop, provided by ChangeMakers

Hours:  Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Location:  Toronto 

In-office Requirements:  Hybrid. Interns are expected to be in the office Tuesday–Thursday, and on Mondays and Fridays as needed.

Duration:  Four months (May 4, 2026 – August 28, 2026)

Applications are being accepted until February 27 for a May 4 start date. ChangeMakers' interns are paid minimum wage for a standard 40-hour work week per Ontario employment guidelines.
