Railway Infrastructure Technical Lead

Lead railway infrastructure technical delivery at AtkinsRéalis, guiding design teams, client discussions, and multidisciplinary interface integration. Québec City region or regular travel required.Reporting to the Project Director, you will serve as the primary technical authority and client contact for railway infrastructure. This senior role combines design coordination, stakeholder management, risk control, and deliverable quality oversight. You will translate client needs into practical technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical discussions and facilitate design workshopsCoordinate railway infrastructure design with related disciplinesOversee deliverable quality before issuanceIdentify technical risks and propose mitigation measuresMentor junior team members and support the Project DirectorRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplineOIQ membership or eligibility for membership12 to 15 years of relevant railway experienceExperience with complex infrastructure and public transit projectsExcellent French and functional or advanced EnglishBring railway design coordination, client leadership, and technical judgment to AtkinsRéalis infrastructure projects serving Québec City.
