Director Of Accounting Operations

Lead accounting operations at BlueCat, owning close, technical accounting, audit readiness, and a team of nine across global operations.As Director of Accounting, you will oversee close activities, revenue recognition, equity accounting, reporting, controls, and audit support. You will guide three direct reports, partner with senior leadership, and support systems integration and future acquisitions. The position requires CPA credentials, US GAAP expertise, and experience improving accounting processes.Key Responsibilities:
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close calendarsOversee GL, A/P, revenue accounting, and reconciliationsReview ASC 606 contracts and deferred revenuePrepare financial statements and management reporting inputsLead accounting team development and delegationRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA required8+ years progressive accounting experience4+ years managing peopleDeep US GAAP and ASC 606 expertiseNetSuite and advanced Excel experience preferredApply accounting leadership, technical expertise, and operational discipline to strengthen BlueCat’s close, reporting, and audit readiness.
