Associate Director, Finance & Administration - Canada

Responsibilities

Partner with country leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Prepare and present financial forecasts with actuals versus forecast variance analysis
Support commercial teams with P&L ownership and profitability insights
Manage resource planning and FTE utilization across organizational cost centres
Coordinate with accounting, tax, treasury, and CFO functions on financial governance and compliance

Requirements

Undergraduate degree with postgraduate qualification such as MBA or professional finance credential
Minimum five years post-qualification finance experience in biotech or pharmaceutical sector
Experience supporting commercial P&L management and analysis
Fluency in English and local country language
Demonstrated ability to partner across commercial, medical, and G&A teams
